kyat7m Privacy Protection Policy

This page clearly explains how your personal data is collected, used, and kept when you use the kyat7m platform, along with your rights.

Personal Data Protection – What You Should Know

kyat7m keeps players' names, contact details, dates of birth, payment service details (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay), gaming history, and technical access data (IP address, browser). This data is used only to provide the service and for security purposes.

kyat7m will not sell your personal data. Data is shared only where required for payment services (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay), technical support services, and legal requirements. See section 5 of this policy for details.

Data is kept for as long as your account remains open. Financial data is kept for a minimum of 5 years as required by law. After your account is closed, data will be deleted or anonymised once all legal obligations have been met.

Yes. You can request deletion by contacting [email protected] or through 24/7 Live Chat. We will action your request within 30 days, provided it does not conflict with legal obligations. Financial records may not be immediately deletable due to legal restrictions — our support team will contact you to resolve this.

If essential cookies (Session, Security Token) are disabled, you will not be able to log in or carry out financial transactions. Disabling these cookies is effectively the same as disabling the service, so we advise keeping them on. Only functional and analytics cookies can be adjusted from your browser settings.

Yes. All payment transaction data is protected with SSL/TLS encryption, and connections with KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay also make use of each payment provider's own security systems. kyat7m staff will never ask for your payment service PIN or OTP — anyone making such a request is not a kyat7m representative.

Any significant changes will be clearly announced on the website, and players who have provided their data will be notified through their accounts. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy lets you check whether any changes have been made.
