and Terms of Use Agreement

In this agreement, the terms "kyat7m", "platform", and "we" refer to the kyat7m service. The terms "player" and "you" refer to the user of the platform.

• Anyone using the platform must be at least 21 years of age.
• The services are designed for players in Myanmar, and the MMT (UTC+6:30) time zone is used.
• This agreement is available in Burmese and that version is the official one.
• kyat7m reserves the right to amend this agreement with prior notice.
• All monetary amounts shown on this platform are calculated in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK).

Each player may only open one account. You must register using your real name, date of birth, and contact details.

• Depositing funds that cannot be proven as legitimately owned is strictly prohibited.
• If kyat7m finds that information provided during registration is inaccurate, it reserves the right to close the account without prior notice.
• Players are responsible for keeping their password secure and must not share it with anyone.
• Each player is responsible for all activity carried out on their account.
• Withdrawal requests without a registered account are not accepted — funds are returned to the original deposit method only.

kyat7m provides fast and secure deposit and withdrawal services. Currently supported payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer.

• All payments are protected with SSL encryption.
• The wagering requirement on any bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Funds of unverifiable origin and suspicious transactions will be processed only after an investigation.
• An account may be temporarily suspended while a withdrawal request is under review.

• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus funds and any winnings earned with the bonus will be forfeited.
• A bonus can only be claimed using the single account registered in your own name.
• If bonus abuse is identified, kyat7m reserves the right to void the bonus funds.

Games on the kyat7m platform are managed with technology that ensures fair play.

• Players should only bet within their means and must check their balance before placing each bet.
• If a game is interrupted due to a server error or network issue during play, kyat7m's records will be used to restore the original state.
• Be careful not to make poor decisions due to fatigue while playing.
• Any result caused by a software malfunction or technical error in any game will be determined and announced by kyat7m.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at kyat7m. Violations may result in account closure and loss of funds.

• Fraud: Opening an account with false information or creating multiple accounts.

• Money Laundering: Depositing funds that cannot be accounted for in an attempt to withdraw them.
• Hacking / Cheating: Attempting to manipulate gameplay using unauthorized software or technical methods.
• Harassment: Threatening or abusing other players or staff.
• Under 21: Anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited from playing.

kyat7m reserves the right to suspend a player's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• When a violation of the terms in this agreement is found
• When large sums are deposited without clear financial transparency
• When the player requests to close their own account
• When a Self-Exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy is submitted

If there is a remaining balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned to the player's original deposit method after verification. Bonus funds and winnings from bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement will not be paid out.

kyat7m maintains genuine effort in delivering its services, but is not liable in the following situations:

• Circumstances beyond the player's control — network issues, power outages, or hardware failures on the player's end
• Losses arising from the player disclosing their login credentials to a third party
• Failures in external Kyat payment processing methods
• Losses caused by a temporary suspension of service

kyat7m's maximum liability to any individual player will not exceed the amount of that player's most recent deposit.

kyat7m strongly supports responsible gaming and helps players maintain control over their own play:

• 21+ Requirement: Only players aged 21 and above are permitted to play. This is strictly enforced.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request a temporary or permanent suspension of your account via 24/7 Live Chat.
